Employee Certificate Program
What prompted us to offer this certificate program?
– Many new managers come into their jobs with no instruction on how to manage people, and yet they are expected to perform effectively from day one on the job.
– Even managers who have several years experience in their positions can benefit from learning new skills and refreshing previous skills and knowledge.
– Other non-manager employees are often highly skilled at their specific job functions but need to increase their communication, organization, and time management skills.
By completing a series of selected EAP training workshops, your employees can enhance their business skills and be recognized for their achievement through the awarding of special certificates.
You win too when your employees use their new skills to make your workplace more effective, efficient, and pleasant.
Certificate application forms are included in class participant workbooks.
Non-Managerial Employees:
Employee Excellence Certificate = completion of 5 different Professional Growth topics
Employee Excellence Master Certificate = completion of 8 different Professional Growth courses
