Employee Certificate Program

In order to encourage development of employee skills, CHR has designed a program to reward individuals who complete a special series of training workshops. By completing a series of selected EAP training workshops, your employees can enhance their business skills and be recognized for their achievement through the awarding of special certificates. You win too when your employees use their new skills to make your workplace more effective, efficient, and pleasant.

Non-Managerial Employees:
Employee Excellence Certificate = completion of 5 different Professional Growth topics
Employee Excellence Master Certificate = completion of 8 different Professional Growth courses

Managers:
Management Essentials = completion of 5 different Organizational Development topics

Great Managers Certificate = completion of all four courses in Great Managers Series:
Introduction & 1st Key – Select for Talent
2nd Key – Define the Right Outcomes

4th Key – Find the Right Fit

This program is derived from the book, First Break All the Rules: What the World’s Great Managers Do Differently by Buckingham & Coffman. We will focus class discussion on the ideas and case study examples presented in that book.

E. ANNA WATKINS, MBA, CPCC, CPT

Anna Watkins is the Manager of Training Services for Mesa Mental Health/Corporate Health Resources. She is an experienced career performance coach and trainer whose background includes an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She has over 20 years experience as a Training & Development professional. Ms. Watkins has also earned the Certified Performance Technologist designation from the International Society for Performance Improvement. Previously she worked as a trainer and curriculum developer for the Capital District Employee Assistance Program in Albany, New York from 1998 to 2004.


RICK VINNAY, LISW, SAP, CEAP

Rick Vinnay is the Clinical Director of Corporate Health Resources. He holds a License as an Independent Social Worker in the State of New Mexico, is a Qualified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional, and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. He is responsible for service delivery of EAP products to over 40 client companies within New Mexico and the Southwest. He has a wide variety of experience working as an administrator in multi-national corporations and the behavioral health fields. Mr. Vinnay has delivered training workshops and other organization services for CHR since 2001.

Corporate Health Resources maintains a team of qualified trainers to facilitate workshops throughout the state of New Mexico.
